no matter what is it the higher it is the best it will,
the fee in every wallets are same, you can lower it or higher it,but the consequence when you lower it from their suggestion fees you will get it a way more late than before, and more likely you will complain it for sure.
if you use that, you will get your coin in a few hours approximately if around 1 hours if you need 1 conf.
and i suggest you to not lower it if you want it as soon as possible,
go look here for more information :
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

and seems like it's getting higher,a few days ago i checked it's an average fees around 64.000 satoshi,
choose the green one to optimize your transaction,if you choose an orange more likely you will get it more than 5 hours or even longer than that

Are that's the fees after calculate per bytes or that's fees per bytes? Well, that's expensive I think. AFAIK the fees is around 60sat/byte, but it's not confirmed fast, add an extra fees around 150sat/byte maybe is good idea. You can follow the issue related to their fees here: https://github.com/Coinomi/coinomi-android/issues/154

It's really fine if you can wait for some hours and don't have urgency.
I usually do it with 0.001 and had to wait for few hours or overnight for the transaction to complete.

The best person to answer this question is the staffs at COINMI website itself. Did you try to find out the rates from their website or ask their support for it? The minimum standard fee is 20 satoshis per byte, but the more fees you pay, chances are more for the transaction to be included in the next block and a faster confirmation.

Too expensive, check my link to see the issue related to their fees.
If you feel less comfortable with their fees, try electrum, I set 0.0005/kb and the transaction arrived around 1-2 hours.
