By the time you actually receive your miner, the difficulty will be so high that your Return on Investment (ROI) will most likely be 10+ months (if ever).  If you want to get rich mining, you'll have to be an early adopter of a new technology.  Nobody really knows what the network difficulty will be by next Feb/March (when you are likely to actually receive your newly ordered BFL gear.

If BFL continues to push back shipment of their pre-orders (which most assume they will continue to do).  There is a chance that ordering the Jupiter product from KNCMiner will produce a decent return when they ship in September.  However, if by some miracle BFL actually ships en masse even that won't really be profitable.

They will start shipping June/July - so..if you order now - ppl are saying towards the end of the year.  This is assuming no additional delays =/

This should be the most important lesson a new miner learns.  Hopefully it isn't too painful/expensive a lesson.

Picking the technology that arrives to market first is a bit of luck/research as well.  Regardless, considering mining as a method of getting rich (quickly) is not ideal.
