We won't know not unless it will be August 1 already. We will just have to wait until then and keep ourselves updated from time to time and make it a habit to educate about bitcoin and what is happening so we will not rely on other people's speculation because it can cause tremendous panic.

All so long ago clear!
The opinion of the miners, no one asked. To be able to earn -- they have to vote.

So the miners will support the separation of bitcoin.
Exchange, some of the same support two branches.

Voting does not make sense. People conservative. He can't immediately throw out the old and get a new!

can someone tell me if btc will split on 1th of august or nah?
I hope its not possible. All the news we witnessed about hard fork in last few weeks were just FUD news deliberately spread by big whales to buy cheaper bitcoins promoting panic selling. All the dust has started to settle now and thats why we could see the bitcoin's price increasing once again.Every one has started to realize that bitcoin is not going to split and have started to rebuy bitcoins as much as possible.

The hardfork news was not FUD. It was a possibility and it could have been real if BIP91 was not locked in by the miners. Even now few people still not sure if we will get softfork or hard fork but now i believe it will be BIP91 so no chance of a split.

I think that the division bitcoin will not, it's just a panic to reduce the price. There is very little time left, you just have to wait for positive news. And of course you need to buy coins at a cheap price, if you did not have time.

Yeah, BIP91 has been locked in. So there is really a bigger chance that there would be a fork. But hard or soft, it is yet to be seen after August 1.
If there would be a split in the network then there would be a hard fork. And that is what we should avoid. After there would be a hard fork, there would be a similar problem like ETC and ETH.

Many people who mention 1 August will experience obstacles in the existing bitcoin, in a significant reduction in finance / funds.
But in my opinion it's just humor, possibly not necessarily down, but it can go up in certain respects. Can be tried just to wait for August 1st a few days ahead, for this now stable at 35 million with stable numbers, will it be the same as yesterday down to 20 million?

Let's wait and see what will happen on august 1st.
Whether there's split or not, hard fork or soft fork. We couldn't know for sure, yet.

No it will not. BIP 91 which is what's being signalled now and might well be locked in by the end of the day ensures that.
There will be a hard fork but that creates a new coin, not a chain split.

I guess there can be a new coin and is that the one they called as Bitcoin Cash? Now, I realized that having a new coin come out from Bitcoin does not mean that there would be a split. Oh well, this whole thing is becoming so muddled as we are nearing the August 1 deadline.

As for me, I would just watch and relax as the battle is still ongoing. No question that BIP/91 has already won the scaling war but there are still some miners who have something else in mind...maybe this can be the group that preferred to have a new coin minted.

After August 1, the whole Bitcoin community will look forward to the next battle taking place in November and we would have a slim three months period to finalize things up.

Let's just bope that it will really be for the better,im hoping that it will not result any commotion since I have read that the August 1 split is postponed and if ever continued hope its for the best for all of us.

can someone tell me if btc will split on 1th of august or nah?

It will, ViaBTC is going to fork from bitcoin:

https://medium.com/@ViaBTC/statement-on-bitcoin-user-activated-hard-fork-6e7aebb67e67

The success of their fork is yet to be seen, but from what happen with Ethereum don't expect it to disappear anytime soon, it may even become quite popular.

Well, according to the news in this forum bitcoin will be split and it will called bitcoin cash. In addition to that, many miners were already agreeing to that splitting of bitcoin and I think it will affect the price of bitcoin to change. Lastly, I believe in bitcoin and I think it will be good enough in the future as digital currency.
