wirexapp.com scammed me

I have send a deposit to my wirexapp.com account after i have send them an email that it's unlogic to pay again around 3$ to load my card and this is a scam they blocked my account.

I am unable to recover it since no e-mail arrives so i have no screenshot to add excepting the TXID of the deposit!

Wirex is a legit company but they charge high fees.

When i used them they charged blockchain fees even if your actions are done offchain. It is a bit unfair to the customer, but its their business and they set the rules. You can't really do anything.

How much did you deposit anyways? Was it moer than $3 or less? Either way, there was no reason for them to block your card just because you made a complaint of their high fees. Did you do anything else that may have resulted in this?

I would suggest following the format of a scam accusation here, attaching valid proof as well.

Can you tell me what exactly happened to your account? Didi it get suspended just for asking why you were charged such high fees or did you do something else that may have made the customer support make this decision?

Wirex is known to have notoriously high fees and i wouldn't use them.

You should provide more details about the supposed scam. How much, when and how. Closing your account is not scam. They may have valid reasons for doing so, but if you feel aggrieved and you believe you were scammed, you must elaborate.

wirexapp is a legit company so far,they're reputable service as far as i know.
but their costumer service is nearly zero,because they don't really care about their costumer.
unless you deposit a huge sum of money to your account.

have you contact their support ?
because i heard someone have a problem with them and after a few tickets and complain they're answering your question.
they have a high fee according to their statement but it's not fixed yet,it can be vary if i am not wrong.

Wireapp is a legitimate company, and it just is a kind a rip off. They charge super high fees for loading a card and unless you deposit a heap of money into your account, the customer service won't care about you.

Pretty sure if you keep spamming the customer tickets, they should eventually answer you and return what got locked from your accounts.

You can try out different service's, such as cryptopay, they should offer lower rates.
