Hello to everyone,

I opened an account on bitcoitalkforum just to open this topic. I have an account on Stake.com from which I can't withdraw around 1500 euros. When I try to go on a withdraw, I get the error "You are not allowed to do this." or something like that.

I went to chat, which is useless by the way, and they told me to write to accounts@stake.com. I wrote there, and I got the answer that I had broken some of their rule, and that I had multiple accounts with them, which is absolutely not true, and they asked me to KYC.

For half a day, I hesitated whether to send my documents, including a selfie with an ID. However, I had no other options. I sent them all that on April 30th. Since then I have not received any reply, when I ask on live chat when I will be allowed to withdraw, they have absolutely no idea. I can still place bets on the account, I guess I also can make a deposit, but I can't withdraw.

I don't have much experience with crpyto-bookies, I have an account on maybe one or two more, and they are fair. Literally, this is my first negative experience with a crypto-bookie, and I don't think Stake has any intention of paying me money. Has anyone been in a similar position?

It's good that you opened an account to bring this matter here, not that it will be solved right away but there will an investigation what really happened to your account, I'm sure you will have your answer

They have a reason why they do this to your account and why they ask for KYC

Sorry about the bad experience. 1,500 EUR is no small amount, especially if your claim is genuine. Do as one member had already told you above.

you can try posting the issue don't their ann thread so they can easily see it when they post and for more exposure. there are times when stunna is not that active but he does respond to issues like this if it is brought to his attention. that is why I suggested for you try and post the issue on their thread. just click the link logfiles shared to go to their ANN thread.

You have to be patient because only a few days have passed since you sent the documents, and since there is a suspicion that something is wrong with your account, all this must be thoroughly investigated until a final decision is made. You have to know that there are certainly a lot of cases like yours, and human resources are always limited.

I would give them at least 7-10 days, and only then I would contact them again, preferably by e-mail.

Your logic is weak. 
I'm glad I saw his post so I will expect such a thing might happen anytime I played there.
Some guys get some 2 $ a week bonus from some site and they without a logic keep defending it.

It's not a problem for me to wait, if you need 10-15 days. But, it is very unprofessional for me that there is absolutely no deadline for them to respond and say what is happening. When I ask on live chat, they say they have no idea, and that I need to be patient.

Such an approach is completely wrong for me.

Your logic is weak. 

Since when is 7-10 days something that is considered weeks? You, like most others, do not understand that every company of this type will try to protect itself from all possible abuses, and the detection systems they have are not perfect and sometimes catch innocent customers.

I'm glad I saw his post so I will expect such a thing might happen anytime I played there.

This situation can happen to you at any online casino, especially when luck turns to you and you start getting bigger amounts of money. If you want to avoid such situations, replace online casinos with physical ones.

It's refreshing and nice to know that the stake team responded positively to the issue and everyone left happy. Sometimes we get to impatient and start thinking that we have been scammed right away.

Hopefully, stake.com also improves on the updates they give users in such situations. An ETA of the resolution of the issue wouldn't hurt.

You have countless examples in this board where players have been waiting for much longer than 6 days, so while this is not something that should be considered a normal way of doing business, do you think every player should have their own personal agent who would do such things in 5 minutes?

Playing online has its advantages, but it also has its disadvantages when something goes wrong. People should understand that they are not the only ones whose case is under consideration, and that there may be several dozen people waiting for the same before them. Patience, understanding, and not panicking is the only right approach.
