Transfer BitcoinCash mistake from bittrex to electrum

Good morning. i think i have made a mess with my bitcoincash. I had 0.57 BCH in bittrex and i would to transfer it in the electrum wallet, so i have downloaded the client 2.9.3, creating a seed. i have generated an addres to receive money, and a withdrawal it from Bittrex to electrum wallet. I didnt' receive nothing. Only after this i find that maybe the electrum doesn's support bitcoincash. Please help me. The transfer information are below:

- Transfer number: 243771157

From my Bittrex to the Electrum Wallet address:

You didn't received anything because obviously BCH is not supported by Electrum. It's really a mess I think.

Technically I don't have an idea what will happened now as I can't think of a way where did your BCH will go through now. Maybe asked some technical opinion from the Bittrex itself and see if there is some sort of problems like that recently that they handled.

Your coins is safe, your address contains the transfered amount you can check it here https://cashexplorer.bitcoin.com/address/19oKrg9Ei9dPAybKNZE18d6Qbp6cx9uJ19 , you didn't receive nothing because you use a non supported bitcoin cash wallet, you can access to your coins if you import your private key or seed to a bitcoin cash wallet.. A bitcoin address can receive bitcoin cash, but cant be spend in bitcoin blockchain rules..
