1ink.cc redirects a user to a shortlink upon his first visit to the site. I am looking for something similar. I.E the shortner could redirect the user to a shortlink upon his first visit to site and should be unique in 24 hours or either 8 hours just like 1ink.cc . Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking for? But have a look at The Toolbox, I have a ton of shorteners listed and you should be able to find something that fits your needs. If you need something special, send me a pm and I’ll try to find you a good match.

But http://adf.ly/ also great they also doing there business without captcha and have good rates !
