HI Guys,

There are lot of new Coins like TaaS which gives back dividends in form of ETH every Quarter. How are they treated in German Taxation. Do I have to hold it for more than a year to make it tax free or can I convert to fiat or exchange to other alt without considering 1 year period.
Is this divident received equal to mining ?

There are two possibilitys

Take your low Knowledge together with some tips from Bitcoin-User and hope all is correct. Or ask an proffessional which cost you some money, but in case of misstake you are out of judgement.

If you do your own and make misstake you have full responsibility. Which may lead to a punishment.

With your small information its simple not possible to give you qualifyed answers. But the Info that are nessessary are nothing for public posting, like how much money did you make, how much you trade and with whom did you trade. All infos that are more or less not for public eyes.

German proffessional "Steuerberater", something like tax Advocat, are not allowed to talk about things you did wrong (pledge of secrecy). So if you tell them i dont want to pay tax, what lie is good to avoid this, they are not allowed to report this (just as example). They only can tell you, not to help you in that case.
