I am limited to the banks that I can deposit from. Regions and Suntrust are my limited options. If someone reputable would like to come off some coin I am hoping I can get a fast deal worked out before 4 CST. I would naturally want to escrow.

You might want to try coinbase, you can hook your bank account right to it and buy and sell btc at your leisure. I have been using them for months now with no problem.

They are US based
Big VC funded/backed
MSB registered -- MT registered as well.

See funding in bottom left (6MM+ raised so far, according to some media outlets this is the largest vc funding of a bitcoin related startup to date)

MSB Lic:
http://www.fincen.gov/financial_institutions/msb/msbstateselector.html
Type coinbase in the legal name box and press enter

Download the MSB lic. in pdf format

I would prefer to just do a deposit with NO-ID or account required. Essentially what some of the vendors do on localbitcoin. I can't find a vendor on there that uses the banks that are available to me so I am seeing if there might be someone out there looking to liquidate some coin. I am looking to get 4 BTC for $300 but I understand the erratic fluctuations in BTC value lately. From what I understand coinbase can be slow. I need to have my coins usable Wednesday, hopefully in the early AM.

Good luck trying to get 4 bitcoins in a hurry for less than the last traded price on mt. gox. If you really want this trade to take place then you should offer a better deal.

Great place to get scammed by conducting a trade in the newbie section.  I suggest you go to an exchange or at least wait until you have enough time to go to the regular market place..
