How do i recover my ETH?

I sent from a CEX.IO to JAxx Dofge wallet, transaction seems like was confirmed and accepted. Both wallets are empty!

Help! What should i do?

I guess you don't have much do to. Anyway, you should contact CEX and confirm whether the transaction was sent.

You can't send ETH to a DOGE address if the address formats are incompatible. The cex.io people never actually sent your ETH. You should contact them.

How it's possibl? ETH and DOGE addresses format are different, and technically, it's not posdible to send ETH to DOGE address.
Maybe you have ID of Cex withdrawal transaction? If yes, please post it here.
But best thing that you can do now - contact Cex.io support, maybe they will restore your ETH ballance.
