Pool statistics blocks shares - what does it mean

Hi,

Can someone please explain what Expected Shares, PPLNS Shares and Actual Shares means in the blocks statistics page on an MPOS pool.

For example below is an excerpt from the SIB.suprnova.cc statistics page (https://sib.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks)
