Shapeshift at coinomi - sometimes with extraordinary fees

Sometimes I exchanged little amounts from coin to coin, just to try out the feature. It was not as cheap as on other exchangers, but was acceptable. Then I exchanged doge to bzc and as I clicked to fast to the button, they took around 40 percent fees (including transfer fees). Was that maybe a bug or are they so expensive? Unfortunately there is no order history to look into that issue.

I stopped using Shapeshit when they took a 15% fee on a exchange. No warning, no nothing.

Nice service, nice idea, but is, lets say, inconsistent.
