Hello all, I need help, I have both MB gaming 6 and gaming 7  on z170 chipset.

6 GPU works well but I need connect 7 but when I install this one MB turns on and after one second turn off.

Any ideas? I have chooses gen 1 in PCI config.

Have anyone 7 or more GPUs on this MB?

Hi,  I have 7 GPU running on Z270 boards
so I guess first thing you have to do is to unplug all cards except one, then update the bios
then you have to turn off all peripheral devices ( sound, serial ports), free sata and usb ports
then there is option in bios to set you m2 port into hdd or pcie state - turn it to pcie
and also try gen2 instead of gen1
save, restart - check if windows is loading, if yes, shut it down, insert all cards and try to boot.
