Hi All,

As a miner, I understand that as the Dag file increases, the hash rate decreases making your earnings less.

I also know that with each fork, they're making it even harder to earn anything as a miner.

Does anyone know of a good link or a general timeline of how difficult mining will get?  It seems that getting into mining right now is no longer profitable.  And, if it keeps getting harder by like 20% every month or so, it makes little sense to get into mining right now.  Any thoughts?

Im mining ETH also. I just monitor the difficulty here https://etherscan.io/chart/difficulty then i calculate my profit based on current difficulty to check if i can still hit my ROI 2 years.

I hold my coins when the price is low and sell it on high. my looking to sell my coins at 500 USD

thanks yes I am just a little tired of seeing the difficulty spike every other month. I am wondering if there's a schedule or timeline that tells us what to expect

Ethorium is a scam and I wouldn't risk my money and resources with it because soon these resources and money will be gone. But if you really serious then why don't you Google?

Difficulty bomb is fast approaching and the switching proposal from Proof-of-Work to Proof-of-Stake had been lay-out and ready to be launch soon maybe in a year and we have still time to mine before it is going to switch to PoS , i don't know what the future holds of ethereum mining. This difficulty chart https://etherscan.io/chart/difficulty only tells the current difficulty of Ethereum but never tells a forecast of what the difficulty could happen in the next couple months. As a miner the reward and profitability of Ethereum mining are slimming each day and it may discourage us to mine which seems unsustainable and could lead to switch to mine another algo but that is the reality of mining profitability nothing really last long, being proactive is the only way to survive in mining.

Among my majors reference pages to know everything about new cryptos are:
https://coinmarketcap.com/
https://coincodex.com/

It has the broadest list of cryptos and graphs that show its fluctuation for the date that you want to see.
