SYSCOIN - Steady Support Line Above 40 + 12 September Blockmarket Release

Hello,

Seems like SYSCOIN has a steady support line @ 40
If you look at the All Time Chart you can see that it has had a huge downtrend with lower lows with at the end a higher low.
On 12 September the Blockmarket will be release which is a Decentralized Ebay as some say
So should I buy at 40 before the Blockmarket release?
To me it looks good both technical and news.

I suspect a huge increase the following weeks but I thought I'll ask the pro's here that have probably a lot more experience than me.

Also, it might be used to sell drugs. Which is ideal for decentralized markets. Maybe it will be like Monero skyrocketting

Does it work with API keys or what? Or is it an exchange. I use Cryptrader sometimes when Poloniex Charts are stuck because it has all Poloniex Charts and many others
