Looking to buy 115 BTC

Title says it all. I'm looking for about 115 coins for 17 USD each ($1955).

Payment options will be Greendot Moneypak, Paypal, Western Union, or Dwolla.

I'm willing to deal in smaller transactions if necessary.

I do not intend to send first unless you are well respected member. I'm willing to allow a mediator if you want one, you will cover the cost though, if applicable.
