they freeze and restricted my account when i have funds there maybe 8 times every time cost me a lot of time and paper works they have my everything more than cia and fbi but their stupid system will keep freeze account randomly and i don't keep there money anymore has paper wallet wayy better

what they have us passport us state id copy of ssn copy of EIN copy of state registered compant title my bank login infos and all securty answers
both bank checking saving and business credit card

still their system will find fradulent transfer bumm your money stuck there will not keep a single cents there still trying to get even my last 8 dollars from them lol.

If you aren't the sole controller of your private keys, you don't have any bitcoins.

That is just it! And I still do not know why a whole lot of people still do not understand this fact that they really need to be in charge of their private keys as the security of their funds isn't guaranteed except with that even despite all they have been reading from this thread. Centralized wallets are just like banks and they have full control over their users fund and as you already said, it is more like not even having bitcoins at all.
