What is the region with the cheapest kw/h in India?

I think mining in India is really cheap considering the fact that Electricity is not that high priced here, only issue is the weather condition, Probably in tamil nadu its 12rs. per Unit but terrible weather conditions for the Mining.

Rs 12/ Unit? is it cheap thats alomost $0.20/ unit.
it Rs 6/ unit in Haryana( higehst slab is Rs7/ unit in Haryana)

Think he's talking about commercial space rates. 4-8 is residential slab rates. Commercial rates vary quite a bit by state.

By now we should be able to create a chart with cost of electricity in every state & metros. No? If we all start posting rates in our area, i don't mind putting a spreadsheet together and make it easier for newbies who are deciding what area to go in within India?

1.In India - taxes are pretty high- Customs/GST which u need to pay when one import hardware
