CGMiner Error - Not Picking Up Devices

Hi there,

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7970M
CPU: i7-3610QM

I just downloaded the new version of CGMiner (2.11.4) and opened it up and received this error:

 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] Started cgminer 2.11.4
 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] Error -1: Getting Device IDs (num)
 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] clDevicesNum returned error, no GPUs usable
 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] No devices detected!
 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] Waiting for USB hotplug devices or press q to quit
 [2013-04-09 20:04:54] Need to specify at least one pool server.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on and why it won't pick up either of my devices? Using GUIMiner I can mine with my CPU but it doesn't pick up my GPU either. I know that the GFX Card is working so it seems odd that it's not showing up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use cgminer 3.3.1

AMD 12.8 driver
