I used Skrill before when I was working for an online company a few years ago. I tried going to their support page and its strange that they dont have their support mail and phone no. there anymore.

I'll call them, it looks like these guys are scammers, I verify my account and after I've done the entire verification process and have deposited money they say my account is restricted and they do not even say why

I want to withdraw my money after  i will ask to close my account... I hate to send an email to a service and to be ignored!

They are not scammers. They have been in the ewallet business for years now. But their support staff is very incompetent. They will always give you the run around before you have your problem fixed. Be patient.

Luckily they have already solved my problem.

They answered me in less than 48 hours. I'm glad they should have answered me.
