As new launched merit system is introduced. Do we able to see giving merit points in off topics?
The best deserving platform for merits give away because here everyone is free to ask questions without any hesitations. It will be a great deal if forum allows merit points to the off topics..

Merit system is total mess. Not just in off topic, I can't see people giving away merit even in good quality replies in main sections. It is just being transferred between some super powerful members. They are getting merit for opening a bounty thread. So it is nothing but centralization of power.
