[HELP] Best way to create assets

Hi guys

I'm doing a research to find a way to create assets for my application, and, I found few coins/platforms for that:
 - WAVES
 - ETH
 - ColoredCoins/OmniLayer (Bitcoin)

Well, now i want to see another vision.

So, what other currency do you indicate for this purpose? I liked WAVES.

For choice, the currency most be:
- Fast (CC/OmniLayer is very slow  )
- Low Cost
