Hello all.

I am looking for a quality brand PSU of 400w+
It will only be powering the motherboard, hdd etc, the cards are run of a seperate server PSU.

Let me know what you have and how much you want shipped.

Thanks.

you can run 3 7950s on a hx750 no probs under 100 gbp u wont need a sever psu aswell ( aslong as you dont over clock i can run 3 cards and pull 700w from the wall 630kh each 1050 core 1250 ram 1.050v core )  if not just get a ax 1200 and you can run 4 7950s overclocked

rember a gpu can pull 50w from the m board per card

I am looking to spend about £30-£40
And really only need 400w

I have a few 1300W server psus that I have soldered 6 pin pcie's too as I got them for £11 each.
I have one rig running 5 cards on a 500w psu + the server one, total cost £40 for 1800w.

i have always used 1 good qualaty psu per rig but good psus and you can sell for 80-90% when used

if you want a good cheap psu buy hx/ax seris psus u can get 500w hx series on ebay for 30 or so

That is why I want a good quality one even if low wattage, so it holds the value.

If I didn't have the server PSUs, that is the route I would have gone.
