Best signature campaign for Jr members?

I'm real close to making the switch from Newbie to Jr Member and I want to make sure I get in on a signature campaign ASAP. I'd like to hear what people think might be the best option in terms of value (considering factors such as amount granted, current/expected price, and bonuses)
