I got this message three hours or so ago, it's since disappeared.

Are you using Tor? Sometimes you will get caught in an IP ban because we didn't realize that the IP address was a Tor exit node.

I'm using PIA. It seems to have straightened itself out. Just wanted you all to be aware of the problem.

Probably the same IP as a banned user called "Virus". Either tor, proxy, or the unlikely event you picked up one of his old IPs.
