Raising a redflag against chbtc.com

hello guys ,

I have some withdrawal issues on CHBTC.com the main problem is the video verification after a couple withdrawals you won't be able to withdraw till the video verifcation is done. My video verification request is pending since 2 months i contacted the customer support via e-mail , via skype, we chat, qq , they are not responding to me, they are online all i got is ignored.

My experience with this exchange was very good they have very low fees , for scalper/swing trader like me it's the best exchange especially if you compare the fees with poloniex,bittrex bitstamp etc.. the fees are super super low, but what benefits do you have if you can't withdraw ? Right none.

I can't recommend this exchange anymore im raising a redflag against CHBTC till my problem get's solved,I hope i can get some help here. If proofs are needed i will provide them

Did someone made the same experience?
