I could try setting up Peatio for you if you are interested. However will need more details about how many coins you want, what kind of volumes are you targetting etc?
We can discuss if you are targetting this to be a small exchange, if a bigger one when we are talking about 10's of Bitcoins a day of volume, then you will have to hire alot of people to handle such a job.
