I sent them 12 Lisk the other day to exchange for a Litecoin, and my payment was accepted, stuck in "processing" for a full day, now my transaction says it "failed". No refund of my Lisk, no deposit of the Litecoin. Just "failed". It's quite unbelievable to me that their automated system doesn't refund a payment in the event of a failed transaction. Using SS on the other hand to exchange Ripple for Litecoin was a process that took ~30 seconds to complete from start to finish.
Given the massive influx of crypto-users (myself included), I doubt I get my Lisk or Litecoin back for another week or so
