As a guideline for bidding, mah87 could get BTC50 instantly by selling these on the market, and it would cost you BTC55 min to acquire this much XRP on the market.

Thus the pricing for a quick sale should be between 50-55 for this quantity, even though I think mah87 is a bit mad to be selling this much, when it's value is on the rise again and could easily hit BTC65 by the end of the week, or even 80 if one wall goes. It'd take a tremendous volume of XRP which doesn't really exist on the market to move the price below BTC45 for this quantity.

I agree with webr3's analysis. So I offer BTC50 for your 425k.

The only concerned is safety. Escrow is required.

if you offer 70btc I take it

I can give you 425,000 xrp for 60btc only.

You can flip it and get 10 free bitcoins. Grin

Don't know what are you talking about ... Roll Eyes

so... deal ... ? 70btc

I'll match dvda2k's offer to sell you 425,000 for BTC60 - in fact I can give you 500,000 for BTC69

I knew I would rattle some cages.  I like how nobody could reply with an answer for how this is supposed to be BETTER than the current way foreign currency is exchanged.  Still waiting for an explanation that will drive value for the general public, otherwise this is just a second rate exchange using Crypto coin # 345 or so, and there's 100 billion of em'.

You do not seem to understand. Ripple allows you to exchange currencies directly with other users, without fees. You do CNY -> USD, NOT cny -> xrp -> usd.

Ripple is a clearance system, an IOU system, that supports multiple currencies, and which has build in markets/exchanges. XRP is a utility of that network, not a currency which you must proxy through.
