One, no collateral, no loan. Two, no one wants useless tokens. If you cannot even afford to spend a dollar to register(?) for an ICO, youre better off not joining.

Ill pay back in tokens

If you have money for investing in the ICO in the first place then why not just transfer that money from whatever altcoin/wallet you are holding it in and then you'd have some funds in your account instead of asking for a loan?

The fees involved would make it completely unfeasible for anyone to give you a loan.

If you just want to get started with bitcoin, then say that and i'll give you .0002 btc for free. But it's not like you'll be able ot do anything with it.

well that too, since I hate seeing my wallet with 0 BTC

I have money, but dont know where else to buy bitcoins. Because I cant buy in most of exchanges since my country is not supported Sad

I cant buy from other people because not safe.

Coinmama has ridiculously high fees (like $10)

And how you have BTC,if your country is not supported? Where do you live? If you have the money,the definitely you can buy BTC.
Sorry for saying that but something is not sounds quite good... Undecided
