See? Chinese do everything they wish with the crypto ecosystem.

And guess what? They are 1.2 (or more?) billions under a super centralized unreliable sectarian governance. I know it seems more political or economical rather then technical but it is not. I see it as a technical problem as well.

Bitcoin is a technical innovation with specific goals in mind and putting all the power in hands of some self-confident irresponsible government and its super central bank, never has been part of the plan and it is the case, exactly the case, now!

So it is my question: Has anybody ever thought of a technical improvement to set bitcoin free from this people and their eternal government? Any proposal, being a super hard fork, initiating a new block chain from ground up with a chinese resistant pow algorithm, is welcomed.
