Business idea
We want to create electric service stations for electric cars in Belarus. It will be the first step of reaching the international level, we can move to Russia and CIS countries. We plan to use inside the system of electric service station, blockchain technology for the payment of electricity and smart contracts for the accounting system and bonuses for investors. In addition to tokens, it will be possible to calculate within the infrastructure (service, maintenance / repair) plus for the circulation of funds will be possible the purchase of electric cars for crypto currency.

Methods of financing
To implement the entire project, it is proposed to hold an ICO. (We need an expert opinion - on the amount of collection and profitability of the ICO).
The total required investment costs for the project - in the period 2018 - 2020 are 101.1 million US dollars.
According to the business plan, this will allow building 45-50 thousand electric service stations.
The entire amount of capital investments required for the implementation of the project is determined based on the need money for construction and installation works, acquisition of basic equipment and facility security equipment.

About our pilot project
We plan to develop a network of stations for refueling electric car in the Republic of Belarus. The stations should be located in close proximity to the places of residence. These are flat parking near houses, multi-level parking lots, etc. We can use the existing infrastructure, because everywhere there are transformer substations, and they are also not loaded at night, they can be used for charging with minimal modifications.

Why Belarus?
-Belarus is a state in Eastern Europe with a good investment climate with great growth prospects.
 -Republic Belarus actively cooperates with China, since Belarus is part of the Silk Road.
 -With the help of China, a huge techno park "Great Stone", big investments in the energy sphere is built.
- The largest manufacturer of Chinese cars Geely invested in the Republic of Belarus for the construction of a completely new state-of-the-art plant for the production of 120,000 cars a year, to be launched in September 2017.
-Republic Belarus completes construction of the nuclear power plant to fully cover its own needs in the electric power industry. Thus, favorable conditions are created for the creation of a network of petrol stations right now.

What are these favorable conditions?
1. Today  in Belarus has registered about 3.2 million cars, a plant with Chinese capital Geely has appeared, which can and will produce electric cars. The participation of Geely can cause trust and interest among Chinese investors.
 2. With the introduction of nuclear power plants, there is an excess of electricity at night, which is ideal for not charging expensive electric cars at night rates.
We consider with the development of infrastructure and the reduction in the price of electric cars, about a quarter of the country's inhabitants, primarily young people and students, will want to switch to electric cars. That's 800,000 cars.
 3. In order to charge such an amount of electric vehicles and taking into account that an average of 50 km per day a car needs 45-50 thousand filling stations.

We can become dealers on the sale of electric cars in the Republic of Belarus, organize maintenance stations for their operation, and repair. The dependence of the Republic of Belarus on the supply of petroleum products, as well as the damp peaks of nuclear power plants, is being reduced by fueling electric vehicles. The main question is how many electric car have you seen in Belarus? I think not many. And I'm sure that Geeli is not gona make it's cars for Belarussian market. Also Belarus is one of the most closest countries in the world. There is a huge amount of reasons why it is better not to invest in that country.
I would recomend you to chose any huge megapolis to start your project. it is more likely that some politicians will decide  to make the city cleaner and force people to use electric cars so you will get a huge market.
