I think this is nothing to worry about because good projects are not afraid of being affected by fraud, and good projects have a large enough community to develop the project.

I don't think also but with too many ICO, people has many projects to choose from. With stiff competition, the best innovation and has the cutting edge  solution to problems will always stand out.
