Hey everyone, this is my first post on this forum, so I would just like to say hello to everyone first.

Second, I have a question about hash rate vs accepted shares;

I have two MSI R7970 OC BE GPUs, My main card (My computer is also a daily user), I have it overclocked to 1120Mhz with stock memory (1375Mhz), and my second card I have it overclocked to 1160Mhz with 900Mhz memory, with both undervolted to 1180mv.

What I have been constantly seeing is that my main card (Averaging about 670MH/s) is getting more then twice the accepted shares vs my second card (averaging 720Mh/s). For example, after about 3 hours, I see the main card with 1000 accepted shares, and my second card with only 490 accepted shares.  Does anyone know why that is? Or how I can start matching my second card with my main card? I'm only credited for accepted shares, so I would like to get a higher share rate for my second card.

I am not getting any hardware errors or any excessive amount of rejects; on either card I get about 250 rejects out of about 8000 shares.

If someone could please help me with this I would greatly appreciate it, I've already invested a lot of money on this rig, and I would at least like to breakeven on my investment.

Again, thank you guys for your help.

I don't have a dedicated rig but I've seen a number of threads on this both here and on a couple of other sites.  One thing that people constantly mention, is that even though you won't get any errors and things "look" to be going fine, is that your intensity is set too high.

The thing is, it doesn't even need to be crazy high, just by one or two and things bottleneck or choke and your accepted shares plummet.

The suggestion I've seen is to drop your intensity by one or two and see what that does.

Hope that helps.

I use the program from 50BTC which uses DiabloMiner. I don't have any options there to change aggression. I tried using CGminer, but I get a much lower hashrate (I lose over 150Mh/s). I'm not too familiar with command line, so I just stick with the 50btc program.

Anyone else have any other ideas what I could do? I've looked through some guides to run CGMiner, but my computer doesn't seem to like that program. Neither does it seem to like Reaper. I've also tied GUIminer, but the rates I get are horrible on that, and after about 15-30 minutes, my drivers crash.
