There is something wrong In CoinsMarkets ?

I sent coins (val) since last Thursday 7/12/2017 and so far I have not reached my account on the site

I wrote to support and gave me a ticket number

Missing Deposit: - Ticket ID : 40574
&
Missing Deposit: - Ticket ID : 164747‏

But so far I have not received any response from anyone and
the balance is zero

Is there a TXID given in the wallet that you used to send it? If yes, try checking it in the block explorer http://unblock.valorbit.com/ . If the transaction is confirmed but still showing 0 in the exchange, the problem is with them. Wait for their reply in your ticket or ask about the status of coinsmarkets val wallet here. You can send a PM to coinsmarkets account too.
