I am still convinced by BFL, but unfortunately I need some money now. So I want to sell my pre-order.
It is from February 2013 and has number 1000170XX. I had listed it on eBay, but they canceled it because, since nobody can guarantee that it is delivered within 30 days, it does not fulfill their policy. That's why I offer it here now, although I have no reputation here.
My eBay account has 450+ positive feedbacks, 100%. Most are sellings, a lot are high price (EUR 1000+), which means that my rep there is above average.

I will try to accomplish any proof the winning bidder desires.
I will accept bank transfer in USD or EUR and/or BTC transfer.
I will ship the unit to the winning bidder as soon as I get it from BFL.

Bids can be made here or by PM. (Please, do not bid less than BTC 25)

The auction ends when I accept a bid.

Peace, happiness and good luck to all of us!  Smiley

I am just curious: Is nobody interested in the product?

Fairly late order without escrow offer prob won't have much interest. Had it been a mid-2012 pre-order I would have considered it.

This. If you really want to sell it I suggest you accept a minimum bid a little bit lower.

I mean, there is not technical limitation to bid less than my wanted minimum! Wink

How could an escrow work here, since I want the money now, but can deliver later only?

I wouldn't buy any ASIC preorders placed after 2012.10.

Your post is wrongly placed! There is a What-I-Do-Not-Want-To-Buy topic somewhere else.

Then escrow can't work with those terms unless you have collateral worth at least what the cash will be that can be returned to you once the BFL ships.  At least those would be my terms, let me know.

Your best bet is to ask BFL for a refund.
