Proxy Card ICO

Hi I'm kind of new to all this and just want to see what you guys thought about the proxy card ICO.  I think that its a pretty good idea and have been thinking about joining the pre-sale coming up soon.  
Do you guys think that the is a good product that they are coming out with?
Is there any other product that are better than this one ( Proxy CARD) and please list.
Do you think that presale asking costs is alot(10 ETH) and should people just wait for the presale??
