Litecoin future block reward reductions

Does anyone know how to estimate the future block reward reductions for a given for Litecoin? What are the variables that I would need to calculate it, and can someone pls demonstrate the calc? I am trying to estimate when there will be an increase in the complexity of the hash? Total novice to this, only started reading a month ago, so sorry for the noob question!
