Is it me or has anybody noticed how super greedy the new ICO teams are now?

I can name dozens of ICOs where in addition to raising funds via the ICO are also distributing close to 50% of the tokens to themselves (under categories such as "Team/Founders", "Operations" "Advisors" "Promotions").  The other thing they do is set some ridiculously high price for the token which results in a ludicrous valuation.  A year ago, the majority of ICOs had a model where close to 100% of tokens/coins were equally distributed among the participates based on the value of their contributions.   What the hell happened?

It happened that some projects aim only at profit, forgetting the decentralization and seeking $$$ ..

They could distribute close to 50% of the tokens to themselves or distribute to the investors, there are no diffirence I think. the keypoint is if they will focus on the project and work hard on it after the ICO stage. Many good project could be destroyed by the irresponsible team.
