You should check out FSP Aurum Gold 1200W. My runs 4 x 7950 Vapor-x and it is doing great. It has single rail of 100A 8 x 8pin pcie cables and it is pretty quiet.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I decided to go ahead with the Rosewill model.
