I made a few buys through bitfloor, repeatedly and all within a couple minutes.  I had to make these multiple purchases as orders weren't being fully filled as there was a ton of wild activity this afternoon.  Anyways, I got the buys I got in bitfloor, I then transfered those funds to my blockchain.  However when I view my transaction details in my bc, it says after 4+ hours:

unconfirmed transaction!  no double spend detected; 2%-25 nodes - (very poor)

Is this anything to worry about?  Help a noob out & thanks for your time!

A transactionID or receiving bitcoin address would help, but most likely it's nothing to worry about.  Depending on how many bitcoins you're talking about, they may just have to age a bit before they'll be confirmed/relayed. As long as you see the transaction at all at blockchain.info you can feel pretty confident that bitfloor sent them. Perhaps they should have included a fee to improve the chances of confirmations sooner.

EDIT: As of 2013-04-17 BitFloor has ceased all operations.

DH,

Thanks & I know you are right.  I just needed to be more patient.  It is for a larger total than I usually handle at once, so I was a little on edge.  It is still uncomfirmed but is showing that there has now been 7 confirmations so far.  Just took some time to get the wheels turning.. But yeah, bitfloor, I would pay a fee to make the transfer smoother, especially on the large ones.  The may have that option but I am not as familiar w/ their platform as I should be.

Thanks again!

I'm having the same issue too. I'm used to sending coins from bitfloor to blockchain and vice versa. Sent from bitfloor to blockchain for the last time. Checked the bitcoin address 5 times and it is correct. But blockchain doesn't show any form of transaction even going through, even though my bitfloor account shows a balance of zero.

Looks like it all went in a bunch about 12 hours later. Or maybe it was blockchain.info that was having problems? I could not access their wallet for a day afterwards.

Yeah. Blockchain.info had some downtime last night.

yeah. I think all the DDoS attacks caused a bunch of congestion to occur. Took about 6 hours for my transaction to go through. Biggest scare of my life knowing that thousands were stuck in limbo.

Did anybody else lose btc when blockchain and bitfloor had problems on April 17, 2013? When I heard that bitfloor had ceased operations, I immediately transferred my bitcoin to my blockchain wallet (you could transact btc, but not USD). But, when I tried getting back into my wallet, to see if they were there, blockchain was down and stayed down until the next afternoon. The next day when I was able to log into my wallet, I could see where the btc were deposited (at the time I had done the transfer). But, then, they show withdrawn from my wallet within half an hour. I wasn't able to get back into my wallet in that half hour. So, how could anybody else?? Is it strange that both entities had issues at the same time?
Has anybody else had similar problems? Any suggestions who I could contact for help?

Blockchain and gox says it could take days IF YOU DON'T FEED the TRIBBLES....
