Ok, so I've been reading a lot on this forum in the last few months (and bought some BTC in mid april after the bubble), but  only today I signed up so I could ask smth. about a local exchange.

Until now I've only used MtGox and I was quite satisfied with their services (given that I'm aware that I don't deal with a regulated business so I could lose my money with them at any point).

I'm aware about all the DDOS issues, their problems with Dwolla in US, etc. But still they seem to offer a decent service and, much more important, they have a huge share of the market.

Going back to why I signed up on this forum, I wanted to ask some questions about a local exchange from my country because I tend to move my money from Gox to someone else not because I'm dissatisfied by Gox, but because, if on this forum there is a point on which everyone agree, that point is that Gox will close/loose all the market share/go to jail etc.

Why?
