Define 'a kind of infrastructure'. Many people fairly argue and I tend to agree with them that until you can buy a hooker and booze with a currency, it's not really a currency, which is a way to say that currency must be accepted at all levels of society and allow to pay for a wide variety of goods and services.

how do you think, which have better infrastructure now?
