Has anyone else had any issues or lack of response dealing with ispace.co.uk?

I have tried to contact them several times over the last few weeks regarding missing BTC and I have had zilch response.

I was using ispace to mine a variety of altcoins and then shift them to Cryptsy for conversion. But since the issues with Crypsty, I deleted all the payout address for all the alt coins but left the payout address for my BTC wallet, and enabled their full automated conversion to convert to BTC. Once they balance hits the minimum threshold it should hit my wallet.

However, when I view the payouts page, the BTC address and balance are completely missing, ie. they don't even appear in the balances section.

This isn't the first time that this has occurred, it went missing before too. That's when I first tried to contact them but no response.

Yesterday there was a small balance of 0.004 with a bunch of pending conversions, today as I mentioned, they whole entry is missing... no balance, no payout address etc

Has anyone else experienced this problem or can advise of alternative way of contacting them except for their email address which is pools@ispace.co.uk ?

Thanks

It seems fishy! Are you still mining there?I suggest you switch to other pools immediately.

Update...

I was able to finally get through to Martin, looks emails not getting through from the ISP I think, possibly blocked.

iSpace has a policy that unclaimed coins are donated to the pool after weeks... as I wasn't reaching the minimum threshold, the balance was being donated to the pool!

Apparently he's adjusting the minimum payout threshold to prevent this happening again.

Did you read the process on how he got hold of the owner? How are you reaching them by the way? Its clear that hey mentioned that he's email was not getting through because of a possible ISP block. And then @franky1, gave the official twitter account of the owner and that's how the OP have reached sadly though he didn't reach the minimum threshold so as per policy of iSpace it was donated to the pool. I suggest that you go on that route as well and maybe they will respond to your issues. Goodluck to you.
