Help me plese. 4 day ago I withdrew xrp from poloniex transaction status is Complete: Error . I have created a support ticket but no respond since then .  The support ticket is #985882 please help me if you are reading this. thank you so mouch. I don't work and only earn money from trading crypto currency, i also have a small capital (the withdrawal is my entire capital). For friends here who know the staff or owner of poloniex please help me to report this incident, I have no income in these 2 days, I can only hope that god has a good plan for this incident.

My hope for crypto currency market: Service and honesty are essential for common progress If market support like this maybe many people who hesitate to join the crypto currency.

If they haven't responded for 4 days there must be tons of tickets that are on queue and yours aren't reaching the peak for viewing your concern.

Try to DM them on their twitter account - https://twitter.com/Poloniex they are pretty much active on their account there unlike with their ANN thread and account here in forum

There are so much complains on their [ANN][EXCHANGE] Poloniex - Crypto Exchange with BTC/NXT as well.

Not much you can do really. Poloniex is very much like any of the old major exchange platforms with a really bad reputation for customer support. I never got contacted by them when I needed support although eventually my issues were resolved with long delays.

If you've reached out to them via Twitter, just be patient, otherwise I would also work on fully verifying your account. I heard verified accounts are prioritized by Poloniex.

Poloniex is very bad in customer response because some time ago I also have few issues and this take more then 2 months so you have to wait for very long for responding from them because they have too many tickets for checking so wait with patience and one thing remember never submit new ticket for this same issue because this will never help you and they can delete your ticket

Yes normally it takes some weeks to response from their support team and also the representative of poliniex got red trust from our default members because there were some scam accusations are still opened so it is better to stay away from poloniex because there are chances for exit scam. That's a long wait, exchanges are slow in action if there are complains like this. I'm curious if poloniex managed to reply to wut_art's query through their twitter account.

I understand your frustration and that is really one of the worst case scenario.

No one to help you here. No choice, you have to wait until they respond. I doubt one of the users here have a direct contact to the Poloniex staffs. And to add for that, even there is, they will not respond here in this thread as they have other priorities rather than here.

I just hope your problem will be resolved asap.
