I don't know what coin you want to list, but you can try in NovaExchange. They re-opened the exchange this month and started listing coins. Proceed in their listing page and answer the form:

Didn't new token always listed at least on etherldeta/IDEX? Don't list your token on yobit, people already left that site since it possibly being manipulated by some whales to pump some tokens on there.

You can try asking on the ANN threads of available exchange since this forum has lot of representatives from the exchanges but not sure how long time take in yobit exchange to list your coin.

Try Indodax, its indonesian exchange but its pretty active to new coins. I remember they write about listing your coin instantly instead of community voting, but i can't find it. Try contact them directly.

Exrates probably still open coin listing, it got rank 19 on coinmarketcap top 100 exchanges. You probably can give a try.

instead of dealing with useless excahanges like Yobit, at least IDEX would make more sense. Yobit has given me bad experiences in the past
