Had a slow withdrawal to Dwolla. I emailed and it was resolved in a few hours. Not sure if it had to do with the email.

I'm sure Gox is swamped.

My withdrawals to LR usually take 24 hours.

12 hours - ok.
My fastest withdraw was 15 min between initiation and LR income report.
The longest one (started 30 hrs before MtGox closing) took about 8 days (200+ hours).
