Bitmit is a great site that has lots of listed products. However when you sort goods to be displayed by highest bid you don't see any bids. That suggests to me that very few people are actually buying goods from bitmit and that listing goods for sale might be a waste of time. Most people are probably hoarding/saving bitcoins now.

Anybody question this analysis? Anybody buy from bitmit?

Just made my first purchase yesterday. I did a Buy-It-Now. Again, never sold anything there though.

i dont like auctions :/

(almost) Noone bids on auctions on Bitmit. If you are selling then fixed price is the way to go.

I'm selling PCI-E riser and prefer Bitmit to eBay. eBay unfortunately is better for traffic. Only tried fixed price.

Anyone used Bitmit recently?

It's worth whatever you receive for your item, minus the time spent listing and administering the item.

I've been buying and selling on Bitmit for quite a while now.  It's a wonderful site and a great addition to the bitcoin economy.  Smiley

Not enough seller rep data on Bitmit, makes me worry about scammers on that site.

Use the built in esgrow.  Why worry?  Smiley

Bitmit seems pretty awesome, anything that transacts purchases while ignoring Fiat exchange rates is good! I'm looking to buy there but not sell yet.

I tried to sell a couple things, had them listed a couple months but got no response so I took down the listings.
