SUMO ATM SERVICE (review : asking for refund)

As im looking for cool bitcoin atm machine, i must say that im impressed with Sumo ATM fuction and how it works. Unfortunately it has been more than 4 months since payment was made but still i didn't received my item yet without any update. I tried to contact the company but still couldn't reach anyone there. I also tried to get a refund and still got no answer on that. I am ultimately disappointed with their service and have no idea how to get my money back. Anyone who facing the same issue may share your opinion here.
