Hi guys and girls!

Are there any newbie friendly guides that you would reccommend to learn the technical details of how to develop on blockchain technology?

Keen to learn generally beyond the Etherum solidity guide as well.

Skip learning Ethereum and solidity for now and start with the proven protocol and cryptocurrency, Bitcoin. You can learn the basics in their wiki page, https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Main_Page.

You can go deeper and learn how mining, transactions and everything else on how the blockchain works in the developer's documentation, https://bitcoin.org/en/developer-documentation.

Thanks! Isn't Bitcoin and Etherum different in how they function on the blockchain though?

You asked for advice, so just listen Wink

There are a variety of ways, because there are a variety of blockchain. But to understand from the beginning, you should go through the basic "education" material, which is generally based on Bitcoin. And once you know Bitcoin, you will find it easier to learn something else. Also, there are other types of crypto that don't use blockchain but then that is another lesson for another day.
